The dhow cruise is the perfect way to unwind after a hectic day on Dubai's busy streets and several malls. The dhow cruise lasts for around 2 hours, during which, the dhow will cruise along the coastline of Dubai. Several of Dubai's landmarks can be seen up close, from a different angle, when on the dhow cruise.

The dhow is a traditional Arabian boat. When I went on the cruise, There was a young Asian woman performing, aboard the dhow, on the lower deck. Yes you heard right. The dhow has 2 decks, though the upper one is not covered. The open deck gets very chill during the cruise. So I personally suggest that you occupy the lower deck.
The dhow is also used by people to hosts parties and other functions. Anyways, let us come to the main part. The food.

The food served on board the dhow is very good. They serve several items, right from the local roti bread, to macaroni. Do not expect 5 star treatment, because the cruise aims at creating an informal and party like atmosphere. Drinks are available on board.
The atmosphere is very lively, especially for me, because I was sitting right next to the pretty woman who was performing. On the whole, it really loosened me up after a tough day and I would suggest it as a Must-Do, for every Dubai visitor.
